1. Free Demo — No Risk
Your demo website is built at no cost to you. You only pay after you've seen it and approved it. If you don't like the demo, you owe us nothing.
2. Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee covers the work involved in building your custom website, registering your domain, configuring hosting, and setting up SSL. Because this work is performed immediately upon your approval, the setup fee is non-refundable once your website has been built and deployed.
Exception: if we fail to deliver your website within 7 business days of receiving your information, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.
3. Monthly Subscription
Your monthly subscription gives you access to hosting, domain management, and update services. You can cancel at any time:
- Your service continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges after cancellation
- We do not offer partial-month refunds for the current period
- If you are charged after submitting a cancellation request, that charge will be fully refunded
4. Domain Name
Your domain name belongs to you. Upon cancellation:
- We will transfer the domain to your registrar account within 5 business days, free of charge
- The cost of domain registration is included in your plan — there are no hidden transfer fees
- If you choose not to transfer the domain, it will expire at its natural renewal date
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any verified billing errors within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks can take weeks to resolve and often result in service suspension. We are committed to resolving any issue directly and quickly.
